My car was struck by lightining and my insurance wont cover it. There are about 5000 dollars in damage.

Since The Church is a representative of God on earth Can I sue the Church for the damage since they represent the creator here on earth?

How do I go about finding a lawyer to take this complex yet winnable case?

You can try, but if you are as dumb as your question is, you don't stand a chance. As far as finding a lawyer who would take the case, I would suggest the San Francisco yellow pages. Wait perhaps if you pay all the legal fees, retainer, and any applicable rates up front in cash, it may not be all that hard to procure an attorney after all. As long as your contract is not contingent upon winning.

Did this happen at Church? If it did, why don't you pray about it, you might find your car fixed tomorrow morning. Or you might find that "God" sends a tornado or whatever other natural disaster and total's it. Then you will have your answer in this term, either that car was meant for you or "God" felt that that car is not the right car for you. LOL

Just buy a pack of matches and on the cover it may say "You too can be a lawyer". Sign up and when you are done, sue St Swithens, I think he distributes lightening.
Good luck
Oh! Don't forget to close cover before striking

NOT win able....you can pay any lawyer and they will rep you..but not a one will take it on a contingency basis.

You would have to PROVE that the EXACT GOD OF THE CHURCH YOU SUED IS THE ONE THAT SENT THE BOLT...WAS IT The Roman Catholic...The Protestant...The Jewish..The Muzzie...The Greek..

Now get a JOB and don't try to get through life free....

did you fall and hit your head becouse it is impossible for you to sue the church or any worshipers of god for what as been done naturally, not being rude or any thing but your case would be trown out of court if you ever brought that infront of a judge.so my answer to your question will be absolutely not.

Your case would not be winnable and any attorney with any intelligence will tell you to get lost. Only a moron would think of something so stupid.

Were you in the car when it was hit? Cuz it sounds like it was you personally that got hit by lightning. Don't you feel at all embarrassed to ask such a question?

feel free to sue God. But just try to subpoena Him to appear in court. And, a bit of advice: don't go out in any thunderstorms again if you do.
