I'm not really sure. Sneezing, watery eyes and itchy nose could be signs of an allergy, but throwing up all the time would also make your eyes water. I would take him to a different doctor for a second opinion, and in the meantime try and get him to take water so he doesn't dehydrate. I hope your little boy is well soon. Take care.

2 things:
1. It's a virus. Keep him hydrated, and keep fever down with Tylenol and Motrin (assuming he's over 8 months old).
2. Don't take your son to the ER for stuff like that...please. Go see your PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR. That's why they exist.
I am missing lots of info in order to give you any advice, primarily your son's age. If he's 2, the differential is MUCH different than if he is 12.

sounds like an allergy to me ( I've been on allergy meds for 51 of my 52 yrs)..he may be allergic to milk, peanuts, just about anything...Allergist and tests....or do your own...hard on him, but maybe worth it...what has he eaten for the past few days, make him eat it again and see if it makes him sick...if it does, then don't give him that anymore..usually a person with ONE allergy has more and they get worse as they get older..
Sometimes allergies RUN in families and sometimes they don't...
ER Doc's aren't the best...if you have a family Dr...make an appt...
If you can't get to the ER or the Dr soon...Benadryl (and yes it works for stomachs too), Claratin OTC...get him something to settle his stomach. ( besides the Benadryl) and some Pedialyte or Gatorade to replace electrolites from his vomiting....

i'm having that difficulty right this moment. i attempted Claritin and IT would not paintings!! i began out taking Benadryl and that looks to realy help. the only element is you won't be able to take all of it day or you will sleep all day. I even have realy undesirable hypersensitive reactions and that they are in a position to and could tension you loopy. An Allergist could be a solid element for you top now.

Watery eyes and itchy nose is most likely allergy. You should get him tested for allergies.
