No. There are no Spanish words with two accents on it.

When you're talking about ortographic (written) accent, they all keep the same accent mark.

However, if you're talking about spoken accents, they change a lot!!! Even inside Mexico, there are lots of different accents to one word; this variety widens if you consider other countries as well.

Claro, por ejemplo:

cante - canté
doble - doblé
ame - amé
tiro - tiró
papa - papá
ovalo - ovaló

Y tambien existen dos palabras con el mismo sonido pero diferente significado como:

Papa (pontifice) - papa (tuberculo)
tiro (disparo) - tiro (verbo)
doble (dos veces) - doble (verbo)
cómo (te llamas) - como (verbo), etc.

spanish accents are kind of tongue rattling like rattle snake(my opinion)
