Unfortunately, the answer is not always yes. You can install them onto any bike provided that you have a thread axle. If your bike has quick release wheels, you will not be able to do this without changing the axle or hub. This may or may not be possible, depending on the wheel.

Yes you can you just screw the peg onto the sides of the bike in the center where the metal nuts are and screw them with your hand on each side or both. (No supplies needed) You can get pegs at any store like walmart, target kmart, or any sporting store.

you can because in the back of a bike there is someting that sticks out of the tire were pegs go and you could get them at a bike shop
