to me i look like a snowman.

you cant choose which body part to lose the weight off - it has to be overall weight loss.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

if u are a girl, eat healthier and cut out processed sugar and friend foods and fast foods. also start doing cardio and even if you cannot run 5 miles (i cant either) walk or jog until you get tired. start swimming.

start doing things physically, take stairs instead of elevator. walk to resturaunt rather than delivery.

back work outs and ab workouts

try using those machines that have you turn with your stomach as you sit on a chair you grasp a bar like thing a turn to the side it works very well it is usually used for ab workouts but it would work

I know the feeling... but some one told me that if you go side to side touching your toes.. and doing things that pull that part of you body making it more mucle than fat.... hope it helps

only wear pants that fit right on your waist that dont sit low or too tight....
