Take the signed and clear title to the office that handles such things in your state, and they will take care of you and issue you a new title in your name and give you plates and registration. Take your proof of insurance with you.

You need to take the title, and go to the DMV to transfer the title into your name. You will purchase license plates, and you will need to provide proof of insurance on the vehicle. Contact your state DMV office, all states vary widely on what is required to put the car in your name, and fees are different as well.

go the the department of motor vehicles, a new title will be made with your name on it, it will be mailed to you later, you also need to register the car in your name, there will be a fee, its different depending on where you live, they will also give you license plates for the car.
You will also need to get car insurance, but you will have to call around to get quotes from insurance companies.

Depending on the state, you'll have to take it to the DMV or the county clerks office and have the car inspected and pay the taxes and get it licensed. Good luck
