I've always wanted a bunch of different tattoos and found a couple that I like and want to get. Most of them are pretty small (no bigger than the size of a dollar coin) except one. How long would I have to wait between each tattoo before I can get the next one? Or what's the recommended time to wait? Thanks for any help.

If they are all little AND are going to be in the same area on your body.....get them done at the same time. This way, you will have your finished product. Honeslty, you could get one every day if you can afford it and are a healthy person.
When you get your tattoo, you have to treat it like a wound...you have to be cautious to not get infections and things of that nature. It is a good idea to wait a few weeks, at least,in between your tattoos. This way you will know how your body and immune system will react.

There's no particular set time to wait between having tattoos. You could have them all done at the same time, although given that the tattooing process is uncomfortable and some stages of the healing can be irritating, I personally would be inclined to only do this if they're in the same general location.

Equally, if you choose to have them one at a time, there's no particular limit. Having said that, it might be wise to let each one heal completely (a month or so) before getting the next. Because again, if you're having them in several different locations, you may find it awkward having to work round tattoos in different stages of healing. For example, you should avoid getting a healing tattoo soaking wet - this is easy enough if you have just one, but if you have several in different places, showering could become something of a contortionist's act!

It wouldn't do you any harm at all to go back and get them all on consecutive days/weeks, but I suspect I personally would get them one at a time; there's no rush, after all. Just enjoy getting them!

There's no wait required unless you're doing something like a touch up or multiple sessions on the same tattoo. Then you'd just have to wait for the first session to heal up before doing the next. Tattoos in different spots can be done at any time.

I would think you caould actually get them at the same time. People are always getting these huge ones done that take up their whole back, so I don't see why you couldn't get a few small ones. I think the only reason the large ones are done in more than one sitting is because they are afraid the person may pass out or something. The only thing you have to worry about with a tattoo is the skin around it and with larger ones it's usually the outline in one sitting and the color in the next. You can't do too much to the skin at one time before you can really start messing it up.

There really is no waiting time between gettiing more than one tattoo, you can get two at the same time, I did it. Just don't get them too close together. If they are close together I would wait at least a month, for the first one to scab over and heal.

Depends on placement
and type of inks used.
Plenty of people get their
whole back or leg done.
If you are getting it done
by the same artist, they
sometimes need a break.
Maybe the outline the first
sitting and the shading or
color in a couple of weeks.
Check with your artist.
It's not a good feeling
to be sore all over.
Don't get in a hurry.
Think Before You Ink.

you can get them all at once if you want. there is no reason for you to wait any specific time between getting tattooed. just whatever you are comfortable with. you can get one a week, or one a month or one a year, whatever you want to do.

you can get them all in one day if you want. as long as the artist can do them all at once. and as long as your body can handle being drawn on for so long. there is no time you have to wait though.

i dont think there is a time to wait as long as its not on top of the other one.that needs to heal in case you want to add anything to it.but in a different area it wont be a problem
