Low carb no more than 20g of carbohydrates a day. You should lose about 12-14lbs in two weeks and then more after that. Eat no flour or sugar. The only fruit you should eat are berries. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. Eat plenty of non-starchy vegetables. Lettuce, cabbage, squash, anything but white potatoes. No rice, grains or bread. Exercise to lose even more!

Cut out all the garbage (cakes, ice cream, cookies, potato chips, fries, cheetos. And so on.) simplest devour when you're hungry , now not simply bored. Drink lotsa water. Attempt to go to mattress a little bit bit hungry; you'll be able to consider fine in the morning. And , of path, the more undertaking the easier. Walking briskly and swimming are high-quality. Or a treadmill or stationary bike for up to 30 minutes is best too. (Work as much as 30 minutes regularly, and funky down with stretches.) You must be ready to lose 20 lbs. In 10 weeks ,as long as you don't cheat! You are gonna be hungry, so be prepared, and excellent success to you!! :)

I started The Sonoma Diet last january. I went from 200 down to 166 in 6 months. Ten of those in the frist 6 weeks.

It is very healthy. It consists of meats, fruits, veggies and whole grains. Basically no sugar, white rice, white four and white potatoes. Everything else is allowed. It even allows wine 1 time per day!

You can buy the book at Walmart or amazon.com. For more info, check out www.sonomadiet.com or join the Unoffical Sonoma diet group at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/sonomadietgroup

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Each person is different, but I found this system worked for me.

The key is to drink lots of water. It may sound impossible, but drinking 4-6 glasses of water before breakfast really sped things up. At first it's difficult, but in no time you'll be able to do it. The rest of the day, I followed a plan but limited my daily intake of water to 8 glasses (including the morning amount). I've also found apple cider vinegar and calcium helped. You can give this plan a try as it sure helped me.

You will lose very little with exercise. At most you're burning maybe 350 calories per session -- and if you eat extra before your workout, then you burned 0 calories.

You need a diet that works.
