It usually has a ton of sugar. Sugar is most definitely fattening.

Sugar (carbohydrates) are stored as extra fat on your body if the calories are not worked off. It was necessary for survival back when we were cavemen, but now it's just making us fat. Your body thinks that it needs to create energy stores for the hard times. Lemonade has a TON of calories. If you're bloated, that doesn't have anything to do with the lemonade. You might have to cut down on your salt content. Bloating is caused when too much water settles in your body.

Whether it is fattening depends on how much sugar (carbohydrate calories) is in it.
Bloating is typically due to water retention -- have you also been eating a lot of sodium/salt? That is one thing that could cause your body to hold onto much of the fluids that you've been consuming. If you are female and expecting your menses to begin in 4-9 days, that might also cause water retention.

I don't think it would be bad. Lemons are good for you, because they are a fruit. If you put some sugar that isn't bad for you, low fat, you should be fine. Maybe not drink TOO much?
