my dad is a greek orthodox lebanese(so im not sure what ethnicity he is)....my mom: her dad' father is an armenian..her dad's mother is rushian......her mom has an armenian dad and a greek mom......im canadian!!!lol!!!
so what am i...i was born in lebanon tho but im clearly not an arab....?????

You would be closer to Caucasian than most of the people who are white and therefore labeled Caucasian. A person who is technically Caucasian comes from the Caucasus Mountains in central Russia ... at least you are fairly close by. The people from England or Ireland or Norway or Germany are lumped in with you, yet they are far from you,
By the way, in the USA things are gradually getting away from these strict titles because they can become so meaningless ... look at Tiger Woods for example, what a wonderful mix of races ...

If you really want to know what race you are, you can have a dna test run. I did that to see if I really had Native American ancestry. Some said we did and some said we didn't. The test proved that I am approximately 9% N.A. See the link for more information.
