what is a good midmorning heathly snack that taste good i need a lot of answers and suggestions i am trying to lose weight throw your ideas out me

A good snack is low calorie, no sugar (even substitute) and chewing, chewing, chewing. Air popcorn with no butter/salt is a great one. One cup. Celery with nothing on it. Carrots. And also have a very large glass of water to help fill you.

Try eating high fiber for breakfast so it will last through the morning. Sugared cereals or sweet like donuts or bagels will NOT last.

Crunchy baby carrots
Almost any veggie dipped in low-cal Ranch dressing
Cheddar cheese rice cakes
Fat-free, sugar-free Jello pudding (cheesecake flavor is YUM)
Small bag of Sun chips

try soem low-fat or fat free yogurt and an apple. i like dry cereal because it takes a long time to eat, and therefore it makes you feel fuller than something you just scarfed down. Try 1 cup or special k (90 calories) and 1 cup blueberries. total this is only like 130 calories and it REALLLLY fills you up!!!

why not try a trail mix, cheerios's, raisins, nuts, banana chips, some choc. chips are also great in this mix, dried cranberries if you like as well. These are all great nibbly ideas.

celery and peanut butter, whole wheat english muffin with fat free cream cheese, fruit, carrots, whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter or reduced fat melted cheese, multi-grain wheat thins with fat free cream cheese or other toppings, fat -free yogurt with some cereal for crunch
