Mat 10:32 "Everyone therefore who shall confess Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father who is in heaven.
Mat 10:33 "But whoever shall deny Me before men, I will also deny him before My Father who is in heaven.
Luke 12:8 "And I say to you, everyone who confesses Me before men, the Son of Man shall confess him also before the angels of God;
Luke 12:9 but he who denies Me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.

"Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 10:32-33)
Jesus is the only "mediator between God and man" (1 Timothy 2:5) Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
If you will not confess Jesus before men, then he will not confess you before the Father. In the day of judgement, he will say "I never knew you: depart from me." (Matthew 7:21)
How will anyone approach the Father with any hope of eternal salvation, being guilty of sin (Romans 3:23) and without Christ to mediate on his behalf?
