I drink Apple Cider Vinegar daily. It helps with many things, and weight loss is one of them, providing you are eating properly. But i do it to help prevent arthritis. To help with weight loss and control then it is recommended to drink 1-2 teaspoons in a glass of water before each meal. I add honey to it to help with the taste. Good Luck!

I have a friend who has drank cider vinegar in water everyday for years. The man has more energy and never seems to gain wait no matter how much he eats. Plus, he is rarely sick. He is a mail carrier and spends alot of time outside so has plenty of opportunities to get sick from weather.
