There is no such color as pink in a cat with hair. The nearest you will get, is a colorpointed cat that is a lilacpoint, and even then, it depends on the breed.
In the old days when the lilacpoint first became a recognized color in the Birman cat, they were referred to as a frost point, because the color was so pale. It was termed lilac, because it is a dilute of the chocolate gene which also produces the color blue. So pale was the color, that the skin under the colorpointed areas (face, ears, legs, tail), shone through the fur, giving it a lilac/pink cast. The color tends to darken as the cat ages, and becomes more of a rich light beige, but in kittens and young cats, can have a pinkish glow.

No. A pink cat would stand out too extremely in the wild and would soon get hunted down. Most natural cats are colored to blend in with their surroundings so they can camoflage themselves both so bigger predators can't find them easily and so their own prey cannot see them so they have a better chance at making a kill.

I don't think so. I could be wrong but I really don't think there are any. Unless you get a hairless cat. Then they are pink :-)

I think some of the chinese crested and american hairless dogs (maybe mexican hairless too) have pink skin. There are none that I know of that are not hairless.
