Rofay has marketing at the source below. "LI" stands for Lactose Intolerance, so apparently it helps those who do not naturally digest milk. Testimonials at second source. They say it uses patented stuff, and is unique; but I would think other more generic remedies (avoid milk or use lactobacillus acidophilus) would work almost as well.
