i love to make 1 dish in particular it's a secret recipie sort of but i'll share with you all now.
get boneless porkchops and ( here's the secret ingrediant ) Da Vinci's Vanilla Coffee syrup. use the syrup instead of cooking oil it cooks the porkchops faster and fumigates the whole house in a wonderous vanilla fragrence. the meat cooks a pale white when it's done. you can marinate the porkchops overnight or just cook in the skillet when your ready. the syrup burns fast searing the flavor directly into the meat ( making the porkchops tender also able to cut with a fork ) make sure to keep a small amount of syrup in the skillet since it burns fast ( don't worry the syrup bubbles up just don't let the syrup out of the skillet or you may get fire. you may also bake in the oven just make sure to keep an eye on the syrup in the oven also may boil over in your oven pan.

After tonight I think I got a new favorite. I went to the store and got some fresh tilapia fish fillets cause they were on sale. Well I got a wild hair up my butt and decided to make a citrus salsa consisting of grapefruit, oranges, lemons, olive oil, serrano peppers, fresh mint leaf and salt and pepper. I rubbed some old bay seasoning on the fish and pan seared it in a little butter and white wine afterwards plating it with some of the citrus salsa on top. It was out of this world bro. On a side note, good for you too you know?

well, it's kind-of self-explanitory looking at my nickname on here...Watermellon_123 :)....Watermellon! I love that stuff, especially yellow watermellon, but since you're looking for cooking ideas some of the really good foods I've tried is chicken dumplings. The other day I was at a Mexican restarant and they had a chicken dish that had a chocolate like sause on it that was delicious. I love homeade potatoe chips. Any thing with chocolate, especially homeade brownies.
P.S. I actually do know how to spell watermelon, but it's just kind-of habbit now since I accidently misspelled watermelon when I made my account.

I am a grilled steak lover. If you could come up with a delicious marinade and some type of fresh vegetable/fruit topping that would be awesome. I love steak, I just run out of ways to prepare it.

Anything with lots of cheese or mushrooms! I am a cheese and mushroom fanatic, but not necessarily cheese and mushrooms together. One or the other. But if you can come up with the perfect dish that includes cheese and mushrooms (besides pizza) let me know!
