I had surgery in december of 2006 on my lower back they removed a mass but now when i bend i feel pulling why?

i feel a pulling where my incision is can you tell me why and should i get it checked out again? i don't want another surgery!

Scar tissue can feel tighter that the surrounding tissue and this is quite normal. If the surgery is fairly recent then it may not yet be fully healed, and depending on how much they had to remove and whether grafts were nesseccary, this can take a long time.
If it is not so recent, and you are fully healed, then you could try some gentle stretching, and massaging with an oil or cream might help to reduce the feeling of tightness around the scar itself.
