IS my butt too big? Should i lose weight?

Also, is the appearance of cellulite too much?

HONESTLY!!!!!! you dont have to sugar coat..
aslo ill take any tips. write as much as you can.

I saw your pic. Cellulite can only get worse. Think of it that way... You have it quite on your legs.

Treat your cellulite starting as soon as possible. Weight loosing does not have to do with cellulite. The sooner you engage into this tough battle, the better...

Cellulite can be described as lymphatic junk that hasn't been taken away through the system, while loosing weight is something else. There are several reasons cellulite occurs; genetic, improper diet, stress, too tight outfit, etc.

1) First you should find out why you have cellulite and stop it from there.

2) You need to activate your metabolism by doing proper physical exercise and intake more fluids, which is different from weight loosing. Perhaps reasonable walking and/or swimming would do. This should stimulate the elimination of toxins in your body. It is important that you activate your system before you start decomposing the cellulite structure. Otherwise, it may be counter effective.

Remember, key word: methabolism

Drink lots of water and/or diuretic teas. Diuretic teas range from mild diuretics (Rosehip) to teas specially mixed for fighting cellulite which you can buy in the pharmacy.

An example of diuretic food are cucumber and parsley. Eat lots of fiber and combine your food properly and in proper quantities.

3) Anti cellulite gels are good for the superficial decomposition of cellulite. Give it a try.

4) Massage is essential. You do need to have someone massage it away, with special oils and wrapping, etc. This could be combined with specific treatments used in salons, where practically everything is applicable and, unless you are unlucky with the salon choice, under control.

When you start crunching the cellulite, at the beginning it may appear that you have more of it, because the deeper layers would go to the surface. Don't panic. This is temporary. I'm saying this because perhaps you are aware that summer is coming :D

I've done allot of cellulite. You must strive throughout. I only have bad experience with peoples who remember of their body only before summer comes, and those who simply are looking for a one day wonder after years of mistreating their body. Think of it as a long term commitment to fight cellulite and you are on the right path.

not at all, you have a lot of junk in the trunk but there is the potential to have a very nice apple bottom. I've seen cellulite much worst than that completely disappear on some women that I train.

the effects of cellulite are reduced when the body fat decreases. the fat in cellulite has the same molecular structure as the fat cells in subcutaneous (body) fat anywhere else on the body. I would reduce the body fat to below average levels this will drastically help. you are still young at only 21. depending on your level of physical fitness I would suggest training at a high level of intensity. when you exercise at this level the metabolic rate is elevated for many hours after the exercise session. the more energy that the body uses from sugar during training the greater the amount of energy from fats will be utilized after training. also training at a high level of intensity causes the greatest increase in growth hormone output. GH is the most powerful fat burning compound that the body produces. it is also the most powerful anti-catabolic compound that the body produces. so basically it burns fat and protects muscle tissue. GH also helps to increase the thickness of the dermis. with thicker skin the effects of cellulite are further reduced.

* focus on changing the body composition not the numbers on the scale

* clean up the diet. a high fiber diet decreases resting insulin levels. this means enhanced fatty acid metabolism

* stay hydrated. the body needs to be well hydrated to function at optimum levels of efficiency

* exercise at a high level of intensity. this would be at 75% of the VO2Max for 60-80 minutes. do this at least 3x a week. not knowing your schedule it would be better to exercise every other day vs 3 days in a row

You look ok to me, not that bad though. But it will do lots better if you exercise and walk a lot. May be keeping up in the gym will be good too.

There is some good products on Cellulite e.g. CelluEase, but probably you don't need it right now...

maybe a couple of pounds but nothing a little bit of exercise cant fix. the cellulite needs some help though, i would sugget what i used, I used the cell u loss tablets along with the body buffing scrub and the body contouring cream, they are awesome and have reduced my cellulite by about ninety percent in the last four months, try www.myhealthabc.net and follow the link to the mall and you can get them in there. the stuff really works, I love it.
