Greetings to everyone! I would like to ask if someone knows if there is any kind of meditation to improve the memory and the memory recalling ability! If you know anything,write it down please.I hope to get some answers soon...

There is a meditation practice called trataka. It is said to cleanse the eyes and strengthen concentration.

As others have answered meditation by itself improves memory, if we meditate quietly we focus our inner thoughts and we drowned out distraction. It is this distraction that causes us to forget, so the more we meditate the better our memory becomes.

There are major streams of thought that promote different types and meditation techniques which are all available through study on the net, however I found it effective to combine meditation with the practice of yoga.

Mediation/prayer should help you relax & focus more. No need to subscribe to any particular style. Also there are 'memory games' that will help with retention. Good luck!
