Well we've been friends for almost 3 years now, and this year we've been closer than ever. We give each other hugs all the time, and hangout all the time. We went on this school trip a few days ago and he kept flirting with me, saying he wanted to give me ahug so bad, and we werent apart the whole day. Everytime his girlfriend tried to hangout with him, hed hangout with me. (she asked him out) We Ran together across the Golden Gate bridge and his girlfriend started getting ticked. She's getting jealous of me, because her bf and i are really really close friends. She even came up and said i couldnt hang out with anymore at all. And now her bf is getting ticked. He acts like him and i are going out, and him and his real girlfriend are just friends(not even that). They never hangout, and don't even sit next to each other at lunch. Why is he doing this?? If anything his girlfriend should be getting mad at him, but instead at me. So why is he acting like this?

Well I do agree that she should be getting upset with him, but i also think that you are enjoying the attention. She does have a reason to be a little upset with you because you should know when it is time to back off some. She should not have to compete for her man's attention..if it is in fact her man. He is really acting more like your boyfriend and he is enjoying the drama as well ... So what are you going to do... continue being in the middle or have your friend time as just friend time..You might as well face it, it is only a matter of time before the two of you take it to the next level.

Well if I was this girl I would be worried to. You might not like what I am about to say, but you need to STOP!
You are entertaining a fella that is taken. I know he is your friend, but from the tone in your writing you have feelings for this guy. You are even hoping that he dumps her and picks you up!
Aren't you? Shame on you. Those are not good friendship qualities. You need to calm things down between the two of you because right now you are allowing him to have his cake and eat it to.
He's getting the best of both worlds. He's still with her right? Well you are the only one that can be hurt right now. Of course you should still be his friend, but slow down with this guy. Mae him spend his days with his girlfriend or suggest they break up if he doesn't want her around. Do the friend thing!!!

He likes you. The last person he's thinking about is his current girlfriend from what I can tell.

As soon as he started flirting and avoiding his girl friend it should have been pretty obvious that he's interested in dating you.

You have to decide if you want that.

if you like him talk to him about it and see if he's got feelings for you that way. if he doesn't it won't hurt your friendship to have asked and if he wants to know why you asked tell him his gf is acting jealous of you and she caused you to wonder

Why are you friends with someone that is so ignorant and insensitive to his "girlfriends" feelings.

TELL YOUR GUY FRIEND TO SPEND TIME WITH HIS GF. ADVISE HIM.
DON'T TELL HIM THAT HIS GF IS MAD AT YOU. THESE COULD MAKE MATTERS WORST.
