where are the reps?i cant seem to get anyone on the phone no matter what promt number i press! i have a cell phone bill to pay and my card is being declined! i just got this card too,so i'm trying to speak to a rep....i only get bs promps....please help

I call their toll free number and then hit zero till I get an operator:

800-262-5689

Frustrating indeed. Most customer service huntline has Option "0" to speak directly to a customer service officer. The other option if you are in a hurry is to press the option for Lost and Stolen cards. It is priority #1 for most credit card phone banking support. Hope this helps.

dial customer service on back of the card and instead of pressing a number to choose an opition just hold/wait after a few cycles of it repeating it will bring you to an operator. My fiancee figured this out the other day and it worked for him.

I talked to a human 2 days ago..dial number on back of card...wait till they tell you all the department stuff and number..wait and after a short delay..they will say "to speak to a representative..."

Call during business hours. Also, look up any special sequenences that it may take to get customer service on the internet.
