Ive poured it into a palstic bottle and it will be hidden in a room temprature area.Should i put it in the fridge for an hour first or will it be fine for a day in the palstic bottle?

is it DANGEROUS to drink once it has been stored in a plastic bottle for sevral hrs.?!!

If you need to store a bottle of wine for more than 3 hrs..get one good friend..storage problem solved.

What are you going to use it for? Red wine or white? Fine wine (probably no if you put it in plastic) or cheap wine? Wine in a plastic bottle probably isn't a wonderful idea although for a short period it probably won't be hurt--wine is slightly acidic so the plastic may react to the wine, changing the flavor. Any wine, once it's been uncorked, should be kept in the refrigerator to minimize evaporation and keep its chemical balanced.

No matter what its stored in, 2-3 days tops. Also, why are you hiding it?
