I believe it is the 3s. At that age toddlers are developing a very strong sense of self. It is difficult for them to understand that their wants and needs are not primary. At this age, their physical development and mental curiosity has risen to a hightened state. Unfortunately they are not yet able to forsee consequence. Its wonderfull yet dangerous age for them. For the parent it is a first glimpse of the person to be. Enjoy, the age passes too soon.

2's. Its when they first start walking and talking so you have to teach them what not to say and chase them around all day. But there cute. :)

Terrible PARENTS are the WORST. I cannot stand when parents blame their young children's poor behavior and lack of manners (age-appropriate) on some phase. Lazy idiots.
