I am 30 and have had this since I was a teenager. I didn't even make the connection until about 3 years ago. I have really red skin and the broken capillaries. I use bare essentuals mineral make up. It is so frustrating because my skin never looks nice and I know I would be so much prettier if I didn't have this! I really can't afford the big laser treatments.

REK,

Have you ever tried Arbonne.? I have friends who suffer and use the regime - Intelligence line or even the baby line - and it really helps with the redness.
I'd be happy to help pass on info or samples to help. Even the before after photo -

Oral antibiotics (such as tetracycline, minocycline, or doxycycline) or topical antibiotics (like metronidazole) applied to your face may control skin eruptions. Other medications (isoretinol or Accutane), which are similar to vitamin A, are stronger alternatives that your doctor or dermatologist might consider.

I have rosacea too and I'm 43 yeasr old. You should see a dermatologist. He or she can give you a prescription for anti-biotics and Metrogel.Rosacea is not the same as acne and there is no cure for it.

Finacea is good. It's a prescription cream that contains azelaic acid, and it will sting pretty good when you use it but it works.
Metronidazole is ok, but it can take several weeks to work.
The over the coutner cream Prosacea is ok. It is a sulfur cream.
