For about the last week i have randomly been feeling dizzy or lightheaded. I'll be just sitting there, and for no apparent reason feel dizzy. I have been getting what seem to be hot flashes too, like i will be extremely hot and everyone else in the room is fine or cold. I also always feel sick after i eat. For the past 2 days i have felt very mildly feverish and nausious. I have also been more tired then usual. I've looked some things up, but nothing matches these specific symtoms. I know it isn't a stomach flu, b/c i haven't thrown up at all.

It sounds like you experienced a panic attack coupled with acute stress.

In either case, you should see your doctor, as this could possibly be mono, or a cardiovascular problem.

I am way older than you (55) but I have also been having those same symptoms. When I went to the doctor he put me on high blood pressure medicine and it helped. You seem young for high blood pressure but ask a family member if it runs in the family. Anything is possible. Go to Wal-Mart and check your blood pressure(its free) before asking the doctor.

Sorry to say, but you may be preggers. It explains the dizziness, the hot flashes, the nausiousness, everything. Take a preggers test and find out.

You might be a little young, but it could be thyroids - you will need to see a doctor to have them checked.
Go to the website below to see if your symptoms match up.
Good luck!
