I weigh 112-113 pounds.

I am always hungry...not ALWAYS..but most of the time.
When I eat...people are like....YOU EAT SO MUCH..and your so small.

I dont feel small.
The other day..i weighed 115 pounds.
And at the end of the day...I was 113.

Uhh..do I eat too much?

How can I stop?

*I am taller than all of my friends.[by the way]

I think a lot of people say that to "smaller people" because they are jealous that they cannot just eat like that and not gain weight. You can't eat a lot of junk food and be healthy later in life. You have to eat healthier. You are still growing and it is ok to eat a bit more than most people. It is natural for a growing teenager to be hungry and eat more. I am tall too.

Most teenagers can eat a lot. I use to be able to and I was 5'8" and weighed 125. I was too skinny. I never gained weight until I was about 23 years old. I do not even have the same appetite I did when I was that age anymore. I am now 39. I have since gained weight too. I can stand to lose about 15 pounds now. :) It is my age and lack of exercise now. I don't exercise like I should. I have to watch what I eat now and my portion sizes. My brother will go and eat 2 and 3 heaping servings a meal when he eats and it shows...... That you cannot do as it is unhealthy. His plate is full and heaping over the top with each time he goes for seconds or thirds. I cannot do that. I do get those days I am starving, like that time of the month. It is later that it may "catch" up to you. Just eat healthy and stay active.

You can always see your doctor and get a check up. Ask him his/her opinion.

It's not how much you weigh or eat but how tall you are. For instance a person who is 4 feet tall 113 pounds would be a lot but if you were 5 feet that would be healthy and if you were 6 feet you would probably be underweight.

Hey there. You sound like you're in a healthy weight range to me, but it depends how tall you are- you say you're taller than your friends so I'm guessing you're taller than the average 13-yr-old.

To work out your Body Mass Index go to this site

www.nhlbisupport.com

and enter your height and weight, then check which range you're in.

I bet you've just got a fast metabolism, which means you need more fuel than the average person. I suspect that your friends are just jealous that you can eat what you want and stay a normal weight. Ignore them! You certainly shouldn't even think of 'dieting' just because someone's giving you grief.

Everybody is different just remember always messure your weight at one time of the day because at certain times of the day it changes everyone is like that. The reason why you can eat and not gain so much weight is because you probably have a fast matablism. I am the same way. Except I way one hudred and I am taller than all my friends. It is a struggle for me and for you to gain weight for the same reason.

If you are in good physical condition and maintain an active lifestyle and have the energy you need to do the things you want to do, then you are not eating too much.

You seem to have a high metabolism, and your friends are just surprised (and jealous) that you can consume as much as you do without gaining weight. Consider yourself lucky!

Maybe your metabolism is pretty fast.I eat too much also.As long as you're not overweight, and eat a bit of everything I don't see anything wrong.I eat so much.I can eat dinner, and feel empty two hours later. It sucks because normally you don't want to be cooking all day long.To me is sounds like you eat a lot but you have a quick metabolism.

Probably not, lots of young kids like you eat a lot as you are growing...112 is teeny, but you did not mention how tall you are. If you are making good food choices and not eating a lot of junk, I would not worry about it.

People say the same thing... you may eat a lot or a normal amount. If your not gaining don't worry about it
