utorrent is fairly good, take a look at this page for tips on how to set it up and get the best out of it. It also has a link to download the program as well.

I agree with uTorrent as it doesn't hog your computer. I used to use BitTornado but found I could realy use the internet for anything else while a download was in operation. I would suggest you try a few programs as what's good for one isn't necessarily good for someone else and you can always uninstall them.

Utorrent is the best because it can download file at full speed
but you HAVE to make it download at full speed. my download speed on utorrent is 80kps, bittorrent 50kps, and other torrent 40-60kps.

I have utorrent, it is reasonably good, and doesn't need installation.
