I had a short, stacked bob with a full swing.... in normal terms it was short and kinda asymmetrical. It grown out to almost shoulder length in the front and below my ears in the back... but the layers are still horrific. Im looking to get it evened out and maybe something with bangs. Any ideas???

You need to consider your face shape, hair texture and how much length to are willing to sacrifice to start over.
Since the cut is asymmetrical, you probably ought to work w/ the shorter section behind the ears & bring up the front. Ask for the longest layers possible so you have more hair to work with and so you hair isn't flat as it grows out.
Call local salons, explain the situation and ask for recommendations. Also, ask friends and family members who have styles your admire for the names of experienced stylist.

Sorry about the cut I have fixed my fair share of Beauty School fiascos in my salon. Since I cant see what your hair looks like I am kinda flying blind but what I suggest is to go to a SALON and get them to cut your hair to the next layer to start growing the layers out and cut some bangs it should look o.k. till it is grown out. Hope this helps.

that would depend on your face shape among other things, look up and research a good stylist in your area and go for a consultation. Pay attention to what their hair looks like and also ask to see their work if accessible

i just got a hair cut 2 and i love mine and what it is a side bang and layers and highlights and that is it and i love mine soo hope u find a good 1
