Enterna i think is a spanish word, so what does it mean in english? Please define it as accurately as possible

It would be

eterna(o) = eternal, endless, everlasting

It's an adjective meaning: eternal, everlasting.. but it's ETERNA not ENTERNA.
Or if you mean ENTERA then in this case it would mean entire.
