College Prepaid programs is when the parents or family relatives pay up front for a certain number of credits in advance which is usually a couple of years. Unfortunately, when you retake a course, you still have to pay the tuition for the course retake, so you would be down at least several credits which would have to be paid for in advance in the future before graduation. An idea might be to go to the campus tutoring center and see if you can receive some help on that particular class.
