a sufficient fat intake in the diet helps to increase testosterone production and the levels of circulating androgens. conversely a low fat intake will cause a decrease in test production and a lose of muscle mass, libido, etc.
for men 30% fat is optimum for test output and women at least 20% fats. there have also been some recent studies that have shown that women may actually need more saturated fats in the diet then men for maximum test production.

As far as foods, any good source of protien (eggs, peanut butter, chicken, steak, tuna, and I just found out turkey has more protien than tuna). But if your working out, doing leg workouts and SQUATS will boost testosterone waaaaay up. Hope that helps you out.

Asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, turnips. They dont really "boost" testosterone, but they help to prevent your testosterone from converting into estrogen, keeping your current testosterone levels higher than estrogen(yes, men have estrogen in their bodies too, just in smaller amounts)
