I am on workers comp right now and I have to probably go back to work soon. If I feel my health is in danger could I refuse?

You will probably run the risk of losing your workers compensation unless the doctor tells you that you should not return to to work just yet. Make sure you get in writing. It's all about playing the "game" when it comes down to it. Document everything just in case you might need it for future reference.

I'm afraid that you don't get to decide if your health in danger. A doctor does. Have your doctor fight it out with the state's doctor if you feel strongly about it.
