I have gained 15 pounds in five days (gone from 201-216 pounds). I bought a 45 day supply of cell-tech (creatine) and month supply of whey protein(using 60 grams a day). It all appears to be bulk gains , not fat.I was not expecting this and am not sure how to maintain this or how to best utilize this. I am also a type 1 diabetic and am not sure if this might be playing a role. Any clue of what might be going on?

the 15 lbs is from increased cellular hydration due to increased levels of muscle glycogen and creatine, it's not muscle mass.

this type of weight gain is typical of creatine supplements that utilize glucose based sugars as a transport system. when you come off the cell-tech your total bodyweight will decrease by 15 lbs in 5-6 days.
