of that reason and i really want a breat lift and small reduction i dont want to lose too much...i have pacificare ppo and a 2500 deductible and they pay 70% will most ins cover this and how..i have proof on my xrays that my neck is curved and also how do you help a posture?

My ins covered my breast reduction. Immediately after surgery my posture improved.

Get another chiropractor, or see a doctor! Certainly don't think about surgery until you actually know what's causing the problem. A curved neck could be from anything.
Also, why are you so desperate for surgery to solve back problems if you don't want much removed? A cosmetic breast lift with little tissue removed isn't going to significantly affect the weight, so even if your breasts are the source of your problems the procedure you described will not solve it.
If you need help with posture, get a longline/posture bra.

I had reverse curvature of the spine, due to car accidents when I was younger...I went to a great chiropractor who (over 6 months) realigned my upper and lower back without any of the jerking and twisting most chiropractors do...I believe it was called non traumatic procedures and it was awesome, it has been 10 years and I have had 5 children and no problems at all. Before going through a painful surgery I would try talking to a chiropractor first...there are also exercises you can do that help lift your breast muscles and help relieve some of the pain from having a heavy chest, I am DD and I found that doing pilates relieved alot of the aching from the top heavy problem .. just an idea...God Bless ;)
