I am 14 and wondering how many reps should i do, i do 10 pounds on one hand? Please be specific.

If you have lower back problems or if you lock your knees while standing it would be better to sit while lifting weights. Also if you cant keep good posture while standing like arching your back or a swinging motion you are better of sitting> for the breathing you breath out while you are putting effort into the exercise> so you breathe out on a bicep curl when you go up and inhale when you go down>

you want to stand whenever possible to perform an exercise. by standing, holding the abs in tight, etc. your are increasing the isometric stimulation of the core muscles and stabilizers.

well it does not matter if you stand or sit down to lift . lift what you can lift but be careful not to life to much
