I would like to tone my arms, get toned abs & gain some weight before this June! (I've bought dumb bells, a workout dvd & resistance cords. But only used them for a week or so.)
I think I get bored too easily when working out. Any ideas for a workout routine & how to stay motivated?

I've made sure I have at least 10 different workouts at my disposal, so I can do whatever I'm in the mood for. I also have a huge variety of different workouts, like hip hop, bellydancing, tae bo, regular cardio, dancing...you get the picture. Make sure you never have a reason to get bored.

Get the ego involved. If you work out and keep looking in a mirror afterwards, that's usually an incentive to work out the next day. With exercising, it's all about ego. You have to say to yourself every day you want to get more toned and in better shape.

work out with a friend or set goals that are easy to reach .
