Im just curious, I usually eat at around 5 pm, and a lot of people think that is too early.

The earlier you eat dinner, the better because it doesn't sit there and add up calories while you sleep. Dinner time for me is between 3 p.m. - 9 p.m. It has to do with whether my grown up daughters are coming over to cook, or when I'm up due to sleep apnea, or due to hunger. Sounds chaotic, huh?

We usually eat at 6:00 pm during the week but on weekends we try to eat at 5pm so I dont think 5pm is too early :)

Around 5... but then I always have a little snack either dessert like ice cream or some mozzarella sticks while relaxing before bed.

My family and i eat at 6, but i personally like eating earlier, plus its also healthier cause it gives you more time to digest your food before you go to bed.

i eat at 5pm and try not to eat anymore food past 8pm
