I keep hearing that there will be a "lunchtime-lipo" coming out that works through the skin, not underneath it. Has anyone heard of this?

This is actually "lipoablation" because it doesn't suck anything out, just bursts adiposites and the macrophages carry off the remnants...can't remember the name of it

Yes, I believe they use ultrasound to literally burst the fat cells. The only problem with this method is that the fat is not actually removed and it is up to the body to rid itself of the fat. This means that the fat could just end up elsewhere in the body.

I would give it a few years of testing before choosing this option. There just aren't enough positive testimonials that it truly is an effective way to rid yourself of stubborn fatty deposits.

this is basically physiologically impossible. you could not remove the subcutaneous fat from a large area from one centralized location and especially not directly through the dermis. there has to be some kind of incision made to gain access to the lower layer of the dermis where the fat is.
