Yes.
And no.
God is funny like that.
See, it was your "free will" that made you choose to reject God, thus landing you in hell. But it was God who set the rules so that in order to enter heaven, you had to wholeheartedly swallow the biggest load of horsesh!t ever imagined. So the blame really goes both ways on that one.
Fortunately this is only a conundrum for those who still have the taste of horse manure in their mouths. For the rest of us, it's all a fairy tale anyway, so who cares?

I don't know why but when God made man he gave us the ability to choose. I see some of the answers say hell does not exist, yet if you read the OT and see what was said then and what has been fulfilled then why wouldn't the part about hell be true? God sends no one to hell. It's there because of satan. He wanted to be God but God was bigger than he was so he got his booty kicked out of heaven, thus we have hell. Since God gave us the ability to choose, it is by your choice not Gods as he wants all to be in heaven but we have to get there through His son. We are all sinners, and heaven is a place we get to go to through God's grace. He didn't have to send His son, to walk this earth as a man to know how we feel, but he did. The greatest gift He could have given us so the bottom line is either we accept his gift or we don't. We either live for him or we don't. There's no in between. God's will is that not should perish - but we do have to do things his way. He has that right, he created us and gave his all. It's not hard to do and choosing to believe or not believe is your choice, your will, not God's.

No, "Hell" is just the common grave of mankind anyway, not a place of eternal torment. However look up James 1:13 it says "When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone." God does not will the death of anyone in fact the Bible calls death an enemy at 1 Cor. 15:26.

Unfortunately yes.
God had already decided before the foundation of the world who was going to be an heir of salvation. He had already predestined those to whom he would show His grace to.
Ephesians 1.
Romans 9
Notice in the scriptures that Jesus/apostles refer to "the elect".
But those who end up in hell would never want God or Jesus to be their savior in the first place. They end up in hell because of their sins.

Hell is a wholesomely illogical concept which makes no sense at all, and makes even less sense when associated with God's will.

No. it is your will that sends you there. The only way is to reject Christ and what he did for you. He's saying "Here's the key out ,my son Jesus" and you say" I'll figure my own way out through science or Buddah or my own goodness"
Hey ,"it is by grace we are saved through faith and not by good works",St. Paul says,"least any man try to brag."
