If you have a parents release. In my state at 14 you can work as long as your parents sign the work release.

14 years is the most common age for obtaining working papers; however, because of insurance and legal issues, there are not many jobs for kids under 16. There are also limits to how many hours you can work each week. Good Luck!

in most states you can work before 16, you can only work so many hours a week though and u usually need parent permission with the permit.

It does depend where you live. Where I live 13 year olds can get work permits if approved by their school.
