When people say it hurts when they poop why do people always say its Hemorroids?

Really it could be so many different things....I was just wondering.

You have to remember that most who answer your question have no medical background so probably aren't aware that pain on elimination can be caused by more than hemorrhoids.
Of course there are more reasons than hemorrhoids! For example, here are a few:
anal fissures
colorectal cancer

Any disorder that causes constipation can cause painful movements...these all fall under that category:
thyroid disease
adhesions
bowel obstruction
diabetes insipidus
digestive diseases
food intolerance
and many many more

It is just that lay people are answering your question and they answer based on the limited knowledge they happen to have about your particular medical question.
