Suicide is the ONLY crime that you can't get incarcerated if you succeed. However, if you DON'T, you go to jail, after a thorough pysch. eval.

Huh? If you are dead you will be in the ground not in jail. However IF you try to kill yourself and live, you can go to jail. Seriously. Suicide is a crime and you will get into legal trouble if you live.
If other people know you are attempting suicide and dont do anything to stop it they could be charged with a crime. Dont hurt yourself. Contact a suicide hotline (you dont have to tell them your name). Look up one in your area by looking in the front of the phone book or searching online.
Also talk with a school counselor if you are still in school.

If you kill youself, then you can't go to jail. You would be dead. But if you try and fail, no they don't put you in jail. BUt if you make more than one attempt within a certain time period, then you will be forced to be under constant psychiatirc supervision.

It is illegal to kill anyone, including yourself. If you kill yourself though you will not go to jail as the jail is not where they take dead people, you will go to a morgue or funeral home.

If you kill yourself you will not be allowed into heaven because suicide is an unforgiveable sin.
I would be more worried about where I would be living after I am dead and gone if I killed myself... how about you??
