If Jesus came from the same bloodline as Abraham, Boaz by Ruth, Jesse ,King David, Solomon, Hezekiah, and Joseph by Mary how did he lose melinated color and become European. This Psychology of beating this European Image into our subconscious since childhood has done inreputable damage to our psyche. I am a very sincere person and I study history extensively. A WISE MAN DOUBTS OFTEN. When you study the history somthing does not add up right. That's why I could never embrace any religion that HUNG JESUS FROM A TREE (ACTS 10:39). If the Bible is the word of God Then every one should say the same. TRUTH NEVER CHANGES OR PASSES AWAY.

You are mainly right about religion, but totally wrong about the truth.
That changes with every new discovery/consensus, and we can never, ever, really be sure to know it.

What is this US-American obsession with skin colour anyway?
There always have been all sorts around the Mediterranean, for instance quite a few of the Moroccan Berbers are blond and would not look out of place in any European village.

Why are you surprised at this? People make up religions and make God in their image all the time. Some even twist the scriptures for their own purpose. But their are some things about the bible you won't know until you read it for yourself. Their are some europeans who hate jews and hate the idea that Jesus descended from a Jewish bloodline. However, it still does not take away from the fact that the bible is true. It never said Jesus was a white man, but man twisted that for his own purpose and took advantage of what others did not know.

There are no pictures of Jesus that were drawn or painted while he was living around the beginning of AD (or CE), or by anyone who had seen him personally while he was on earth. DOUBT YOUR DOUBTS and BELIEVE YOUR BELIEFS.

The idea that Jesus was to be crucified and hung on a tree (wood) was part of what the Jews were given to watch for from the Old Testament prophets as they looked forward to the Messiah coming. Now believers do a similar thing as we use Old Testament prophets' words while watching for the Messiah's return.

Why are you concerned about skin color presently? He could be all black (I am white), for all I care presently. Today's pictures of him do not matter to me presently.
