Definitely check with your piercer before you buy it. Most will refuse to pierce if you have applied a topical cream so save yourself the money. But, in all honesty, the pain is not severe enough to warrant this stuff.

Waste of money. I tried some on one side of my ribs when I got it tattooed and it still hurt. When i got the other side done I didn't use it and it was exactly the same pain . The numbing cream only numbs the top layer of skin ,the needles go under the skin and penetrates 1 or 2 mm into the skin.

If you are going to pierce or tattoo, you should be a professional to do this. The pros have access to these types of suppliers to order them.

If you are a customer, check with your piercer/tattooer. Many of them do not like topicals being used.
