i mean it looks like an orange peel, have lots of kinda small holes around my cheek and noise.

Either you are eating too many carrots or other food with carotene...or you used an instant tanning lotion that makes your skin orange?

Do you have liver problems? That is the only thing I can think of that will give you an orange complexion.
