As Born Again Believer in Jesus Christ are the Church(Body of Christ), so the non believing worshipers of Satan are the synagogue of Satan.
Ephesians 5:23 - For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
Revelation 2:9 - I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
Revelation 3:9 - Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

Rev 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
Synagogue is a church, run by satan's children called kenites(sons of Cain) or the tares spoken of in Matt 13:38-40.
Two only two churches Christ found no fault with were Smyrna and Philadelphia. Which taught who Satan's children are. They are the only two churches out of the seven (Rev 1-3) that overcome the tribulation of Satan.
Jer 35 house of the Rechabites(kenites)
1Ch 2:55 And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez; the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, and Suchathites.
These are the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab.

The synagogue of Satan is a group of Judaizing Gentiles who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars. John's vision here is that Christ will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you (v. 9). The promise echoes such biblical passages as Isaiah 45:14, 49:23 and 60:14, in which Gentile nations come to pay homage to Israel and Israel's God. The message is a reminder that the synagogue of Satan are Gentiles after all, and that their present allegiance to Judaism is no more than a lie and a pretense to avoid persecution. In the end, the angel and his congregation will be vindicated against these bogus Jews, for even with little strength they have kept my word and have not denied my name (v. 8).

The Greek word for synagogue means "an assembly of worship" These two references, then mean the "assembly of worship" of Satan refers simply to the followers and worshipers of Satan

Christ had a different message for the different churches, the church being the body of people. Not all were living as he had taught them, some were inward looking, more interested in wealth, making rules for themselves etc. In calling these 2 churches synagogues of Satan, Christ was making it quite clear that they were not living as his church.

No, it referes to the church of Pergamos. (King James Version.), one of the seven heads of the fiery red Dragon, that appears in the sky, after the Woman with the wreath sun moon and stars is seen.
Rev. 2. v 12. And to the angel of the church of Pergamos write: These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges; I know thy works and where thou dwellest, even where Sa-tans seat is:.
After the open letter had been read (This is just the Address to the seven churches, not the rest of Revelation) to the seven christian churches that had grown out of the "Christ" event, the churches collapsed! Why? When Sa-tan realized he had been flung to the earth - he was wroth with the woman.
The Address to the seven churches is the Judgment on Christianity - men are still in self denial.

That was referring to the Temple of Zeus at the time.Organizations like the church of satan and the like are mere distractions from the real evil of the so- called Christian churches that are really apostate.I won't mention names. There are lots of good churches of all "Christian " denominations and alot of cults mixed in what Jesus would call "Tares"(weeds) in the wheatfield.

This is a good question and I do not have a good answer...if you don't get an answer keep posting it.
Reading it I don't think it actually has to do with a church but a group of people who claim a lie to be true.
