I think you may want to think about adding a lot more protein to your diet and some whole grain fiber, too. The reason that you "got a little hungry" after lunch is that your food intake up til then had no protein. Eating good carbohydrates along with protein at each meal (or mini meal) makes you feel fuller and satisfied for a longer time - otherwise, with carbs alone your blood sugar levels will rise and fall all day making you hungry. Since you are a vegan, I can't recommend regular cheese along with your apple in the morning, but how about some soy cheese or some peanut butter. You'll have a lot more energy. Also, I don't know if you are trying to lose weight or not or if this is just a regular diet for you. If you are not trying to lose, I think that this may not be nearly enough food to carry you thru out the day - esp if you exercise. Your mind and body need plenty of energy (good food) to work properly.

You are not getting enough protien or vitamin rich foods in your diet. This is a big problem with vegans and I suggest you rethink your choice. You are going to be dealing with all sorts of physical problems associated with a poor diet. You need to incorporate beans (protien and fiber), have nut butter on the apple and add a healthy drink to go with that (protien, green tea, etc.). Salads, unless they are huge and include the kitchen sink, are nothing beneficial for your vitamin intake.

You don't say what's in the stir fry...hopefully fish or chicken, which I am sure you will protest, but you really do need.

Get some better habits regarding your eating so you will not suffer the consequences.

There is a dietary supplement which addresses your specific concern, it worked for me! It's called "RELACORE", besides being a great weight loss supplment it kicks belly fat butt, if you catch my drift! Now, losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca... This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.
