that i need to start therapy on Tamoxifen. I want to know if there are any websites where i can talk to women with the same condition.Please let me know i am confused.

I have no idea how much your doctor explained to you. Hyperplasia means an overgrowth of cells and when these cells don't look normal but are not cancerous, they are called atypical. Ductal means it is occuring in the ducts of your breasts. Women with atypical hyperplasia are usually treated with tamoxifen, which reduces the risk of a progression toward cancer, You can get a basic tutorial about it here:

OMG! If you and the doctor could feel a lump that does not show up on imaging you don’t just leave it at that! - Take some antibiotics and go home. I’m sorry to say, I think you could very well have IBC and you need to see a doctor who is a breast specialist right away. You will find one at the closest teaching facility. IBC is rare and only occurs in 1% of all breast cancers. The diagnosis alone makes it a stage IIIB at a minimum. You will not be difficult to diagnose.
