Thats Portuguese people! Visitando=visiting, a casa= the house, de=of, um fã pobre=a poor fan (as in follower). Visiting the house of a poor fan (follower).

visitando la casa de una familia pobre = visiting the house of a poor family

fan as in a fan that spins round and round to cool off the house....weird.

someone is visiting a house with poor ventilation is my best educated guess.

- and no it's not spanish it's portuguese.
