I recieve a very low voltage at my home. Probably, electricity theft by most of the people in our locality is the cause.
Can anyone tell me how can i increase the voltage in order to run appliances. My pc turns off due to this.

How do you know its a low voltage problem? Did you check it with a multimeter? Does it trip the breaker?

Did You check with a multimeter? What voltage are you getting? Call the power company if you are sure you are getting what you need to your box? What is your power bill like? Have you turned off the power coming into your home and checked the connections for tightness. What started happening when you noticed this? Is the braker tripping or just the pc goes off? Give us a little more information.
